Monday Night Wine Classes at CRAVE

St. Louis Park, Minn. – CRAVE Restaurants, a group of three locally owned contemporary American eateries with floor-to-ceiling wine towers, will introduce Monday night wine classes in February, led by CRAVE’s newest addition, sommelier Tim Edmunds.

CRAVE will host a Monday night wine class at each of its three locations each month, with the first class on February 8. Each class will welcome up to 35 guests to learn about the tasting fundamentals and the varietals of one major wine-producing region per session, including Burgundy, Lodi, Argentina, South Africa, the Loire Valley and more. To complement the wines, guests will sample special hors d'oeuvres inspired by traditional cuisine from the featured region.

 “Our customers appreciate our diverse wine list, and the addition of a weekly wine series will allow them to further explore classic and new world wine varietals and regions,” said owner and CEO Kam Talebi. “In Tim, we found a sommelier who understands our commitment to fresh, vibrant cuisine and his selections will not only complement our menus, but his classes will educate and entertain our discerning clientele.”

 Before joining the CRAVE team of culinary experts, Tim Edmunds, a 20-year veteran of the hospitality industry, directed the beverage program at The Capital Grille in Minneapolis, led staff education at Vincent A Restaurant and created top-caliber wine lists at Mission American Kitchen and the historic Grand View Lodge in Nisswa, Minn.

I love CRAVE restaurant but had NO idea they did this! Thank you for posting. I'm a decorative finisher and have offered gift certificates to CRAVE for referrals.

I've not been to any other locations than Mall of America (the new store) There is venetian plaster on the walls there - that's what I do for a living.
